Suggest Treatment For Fever And Severe Body Pain Despite Taking Zifi And Dolo

I m having fever from last 3 days continuously. It just gets low when I take medicine after 2 hours and then relapse within 4-5 hours of taking medicine. I m currently doing course of zifi 200 and dolo 650. I ve severe body pain as well but nothing related to cold
