Suggest Treatment For Fever And Shivering Chills While Taking Medication For Malaria

Hi Dr, My wife 35yrs has been having feverish shivering colds for the past 36 hours. She started a full malaria treatment course with coartem 80/480 and paracetamol for the pains about 24 hours ago but the shivering seems to be getting worse. Please what what should I do?
