Hi, I had fever for last 4 days with sore throat and body aches and it was lowered today? My blood test report shows i have viral infection, but im taking antibiotics. Do i need to continue or to stop? As i heard antibiotics will not work against virus.

please complete the course of the antibiotic to avoid antibiotic resistance. there are different indications of antibiotics in viral disease.
