General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
The symptoms you present suggest an infection. It sounds like mild sepsis whose origin is to be investigated. Most bacterial, viral and parasitic infections will give you this presentation.Your treatment will depend on underlying cause. A blood culture/sensitivity test, Full blood count test and a malaria test if any exposure to the mosquito will be needed.I will advise you see a Doctor for examination and work-ups.In the meantime, ibuprofen or paracetamol will help in your symptoms.
Hope my answer helps you
Wish you a speedy recovery
