Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills And Vomiting

My 67 year old husband had back surgery 7 weeks ago and was progressing well until this past Thursday 6/15. Started off just not feeling well no appetite. The chills, shaking, fever and throwing up started Friday. He has ran a fever of 102-104 on and off since that time. Is it the flu or virus.? Could it be related to the surgery? He says it just needs to run its course. ????

Hello dear
Welcome to Health care magic family .
I have gone through your concern in depth .

@ This is in relation with intestine infection , not related to back surgery .
@ Consult your family doctor and get some basic laboratory tests done
Till then can give tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg 2 times a day after meals ,
cap.Omeprazole ( 20 ) mg 2 times a day on empty stomach .
