Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills, Dizziness And Red Splotches On The Arms

Symptoms started with low grade fever,chills, dizziness,later had sinus symptoms. Did not notice re splotches on arms. Did not itch like a bite,and forgot to tell doctor. Doctor gave me a z pack.after 3 days still was not symptom free so he called in antibiotic. Feel much better but bite looking red splotches have spread to tummy. Probably 25-30 overall. Feel no discomfort but take 800 mil. Of neurogenic 3 times a day for neurophy. Have had shingles shot. Are red splotches meaningful- do not itch and do not have a had A hard center. Feel fine otherwise.

Hi,

Noted your history well and understood the concerns about red splotches on arms now spread to abdomen.
the symptoms that you have had seemed to be due to ciral infection and thus got well too with Z-pack and so on.
The red splotches can be due to viral exenthema, or can be due to another reasons like some skin disease, allergy or so.
Hence I would advise you the following:
First of all consult a Dermatologist to know better about the skin condition so that it can be corerlated with the other symptoms and be treated properly.
If these are due to viral origin then these would be self-limiting and will heal on its own.
Symptomatic treatment along with any specific management will heal everything as needed.
