Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Cough Caused Due To Weather Changes

I always get sick when the weather changes, even a little bit. Like yesterday it was cold and today it was humid and I started feeling feverish. And the fever is always accompanied by cold and cough. Why does this happen and what do I do to make it stop?

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
It will generally relieve in 4-5 days.
Take the following advice.
Better to take care when weather will change.

Take few general curative steps like:
1. Stay Hydrated
2. Try Lozenges and Hot Drinks
3. Take Steamy Showers, and Use a Humidifier
4. Remove Irritants From the Air
5. Drugs:
- Decongestants:Tablet Diaminic DA twice daily for three to for days
- Cough suppressants and expectorants: dextromethorphan,guaifenesin.
- Tablet paracetamol 500 mg two times a day for 3 days
- Tablet limcee once daily
- Drink plenty of lukewarm water
- Tablet sterpsils three times a day
- Take proper rest
- Avoid to go in congested area.
