Suggest Treatment For Fever, Diarrhea And Cold

I have been sick since Christmas, severe cold symptoms, fever, diarreah. over the past 2 days I have developed a cough that is producing phlegm and pain in my chest. short of breath and getting dizzy. have been treating otc. what is the best otc for painful chest cough.

Thanks for posting your query.

It seems like you are having combined Throat infection and gut infection . You need an antibiotic ( as it seems like a bacterial infection ). I am afraid you may not get an Antibiotic otc.

So my recommendation is consult any local doctor and ask for Levofloxacin prescription and use it . Along with that use expectorants like Tus Q X Syrup.

Apart from this do salt water gargling , drink plenty of water , avoid oily food and non veg food .
