Suggest Treatment For Fever, Headache And Cough

So I ve had a virus which brought on fever and a really bad head cold. I was completely stuffed up and was coughing continually for about a week. The coughing was productive and produced a significant amount of phlegm. I saw a Dr and they confirmed no strep and this was just a virus. It has been 8 days and this is the first day I haven t coughed. I ve noticed that my tongue is pretty sore (like muscle sore) at the base of my tongue where my jaw and neck meet. Is this just from the excessive use in producing sputum, or could it be something else?

For these symptoms you can take cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or nimeson-p for fever and headache. Take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex for cough. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
