Suggest Treatment For Fever , Headache And Dizziness

My daughter is 23 and has been experiencing fever, headache, chills, weakness, no energy, dizziness and a redness on her cheeks with little bumps. She s been feeling like this for awhile. She will get feeling better then it hits her again. She has been checked for diabetes and all her tests came back normal. We were thinking possibly lupus. What do you think?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, we should definitely rule out Lupus in her case.
Redness on cheeks with small lumps can be due to malar rash seen in systemic Lupus erythematosis (SLE).
Other symptoms like fever with chills, headache, weakness, dizziness etc are also seen in SLE.
SLE is common in females of reproductive age and her all other blood reports are normal.
So better to get done ANA titer and ANA profile for the diagnosis of SLE.
