My daughter is 4 yrs she is suffering from fever, hedeache , nosea and body ache since 5 days we are giving her meftal p , imol , swich 100 , and she was not having any food since tomorrow so we started sypol Are these medicines sufficient for her or you suggest

Hi...Can understand your concern...As per your query about having fever,headache,nausea and body pain in a 4year old child can be a viral fever or a common stomach infection.....but blood investigation is needed to know the exact cause by consulting a pediatrician..Medication given by you as mentioned by seems to be fine and dosage should be appropriate to provide relief as per strength of syrup..I hope the information helps you..Take care.
