hi doctor, greetings !! Son 6 year old is suffering from fever 100 oF. I am unable to get use one of them, which is best for this time. 1. Ibugesic Plus - Ibuprofen and Paracetamol Suspension 2. Dolopaar - 250 - Paracetamol Oral Suspension IP 3. Calpol-250mg - Paractamol Oral Suspension 4. Phena - P Kid syrup - Prometazine Hydrochloride & Paracetamol I have already given 2 doses of Pecimol - Acetaminophen Oral Suspension. Therefore, I request you to please look into this matter and suggest me out of these listed syrup for better relief. Thanks. Rameshwar, Patiala
