Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Child

My 7 year old son had fever since Wednesday. Platelet count of 4,97,000. Haemoglobin is11.2. WBC 11400, neutrophils 72, lymphocytes 24, monocytes 1, eosinophils 3. RBC- microcytic hypochromic. He has rashes on his face, upper body and hands. Fever still persisting at 100. 5. Should I be worried?
