Suggest Treatment For Fever, Mild Chills, Sweating And Dull Pain In Stomach

Hi...need urgent help. My wife age 38 having fever since morning. It started with mild chill n shvrng goes upto 100 by 3.30 pm. I gave her combiflame in next 3 hours it came down to normal and lot of swetting happened.. hut by 9pm it againt gone to 102..i gave her paracetamol 650. But it didnt reduce it touched 103..i kept her head n stmch under wet cloth soaked with normal water..i did this for 20 minutes. Now it reduced to 101.5. Pls suggest what medicine shoud i give her..flexon,combiflame or paracetamol. She has light headache and light pain in stmch as well. Throat is clean. Pls help

I really appreciate your concern, in female patient fever condition need to be looked for the urinary tract infection and if found then it need to be treated accordingly else fever can be bring down with any antipyretic medicines, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
