Suggest Treatment For Fever, Nausea And Chest Pain

Anyone a doctor out there? Current Symptoms: 102 fever, some chest pain, nausea, more frequent bathroom visits .... Last week symptoms: elevated keystones, acute bronchitis, lower grade temp, productive cough. Been finished with antibiotics since 9/3 (* a low body temp of 96 degrees: lower than usual ) Also extreme fluctuations in body temp 102 & an hour and a half later 99.8?? Also, insomnia...

For fever and nausea you can take some antibiotic like zifi-cv or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or dolo 650 for high grade fever and rekool-d or pantop- dcr for nausea, vomiting. You can take syrup ambrodil-s or bro-zedex for productive cough with some vitamins for fatigue or weakness. Do cold sponging to reduce the temp of your body. Don't worry you will get well soon.
