Suggest Treatment For Fever, Night Sweats And Difficulty In Walking

I have had a fever of 103 with nights sweats and shivering.now it is hard to walk. My hip and back throb as well as my knee and I have developed a large 4 or 5 inch red mark on my inner thigh that is swelling with a black middle I am 45 and diabetic with no health insurance

Hi might be viral fever. Needs good dose of paracetamol 650 mg and tapid sponging. Good hydration. If symptoms persists for more than 2 days, then please consult with your doctor and get evaluated. Thanks.
