Suggest Treatment For Fever Post Recovery From Hemorrhagic Cyst

my daughter came home from the hospital today after being there for three days with a hemorraghic cyst and internal bleeding. She ended up needing two blood transfusions and oxygen. She is no longer in pain and we have been home for eight hours now but she developed a fever a couple hours ago 101.3 and we gave her tylenol and it s now 99.9 . Should we be going back to the hospital emergency?
