Suggest Treatment For Fever , Sore Throat And Head Cold

Hi, a few days ago I started feeling like I was getting some sort of head cold. I had a sore throat, plugged up nose, a light fever, sneezing and a runny nose as well as pressure in the head and ears. I was unable to stand up that day. Since then it has gotten a bit better but my voice still sounds as if I m plugged up everywhere. And I am but it s more my ears now than it is my nose. I m blowing out of my nose clear but heavy, my chest feels slightly tight and if I try to breath in all the way there is some resistance, my ears and head still have a lot of pressure and just today the pressure in my ear is cause very light pain. Should I go to emerge? Also when I cough I don t cough up anything but there is this feeling I my chest that I do have stuff to cough up but it just sits there. Please help!

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have sore throat, cold, fever, cough, ear pain. These all are due tp respiratory tract infection.
You should take antibiotic treatment. Amoxiclav, levofloxacin, azithromycin or cephalosporin can be useful.
For fever you should take paracetamol as and when required. For cough and cold antihistaminics like avil or cetrizine should be taken.
These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and start taking treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
