Suggest Treatment For Fever, Sore Throat And Tonsilitis

Iam a man and make a protectred vaginal sex and unprotected receiving oral with unknown female 3 months ago, after 1 months from that I develop mild fever sore throat tonsilitis with white patches and white tongue, strep and bacterial swap and culture was negative I took amoxillin no benefit and then shift to clindamycin the tonsilitis last 2 weeks with swelling lymph nodes especially right anterior cervical lymph node and diarrhea also elevated liver enzymes alt 5 times and ast 2 times, I have history of kissing 9 days before the symptoms, I made mono test after 1 month from the kissing and it was negative, emergency and my primary doctors told me it is not hiv and may be adeno or mono, now it become 3 months with half size enlarge lymph nodes and 3 to 4 times diarrhea at day and slightly white tongue does I need to make hiv test now or no need as my doctors told me 6 weeks ago??
