Suggest Treatment For Fever, Vomiting And Rashes In A Child

my 1.5 year old daughter has itchy and rashes on his skin he weeping specially at night when itchy on head couple of month ago it better to say that in jan and feb and also in first 10 days of march she is suffering from vomiting and loose motion high fever she had also admitted in hospital where some injection and drip was injected

Hello,

It may be due to viral fever. Still, for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, peripheral smear for malarial parasite, dengue ns1 after pediatrician consultation. You can give syp acetaminophen, ondensetron after consultation.

Keep him well hydrated. Give soft diet. Maintain proper hygiene. Watch for symptoms dry skin, decreased urination frequency.
