Suggest Treatment For Fever With Blocked Nose And Stomach Pain

My son is 9 years old, approx. 55 pounds- he has had fever ranging from 100-104.6 degrees for the past 6 days-vomiting accompanied fever for first 4 days. Into the 2nd day nosebleeds that lasted for over an hour to 2 hours- the past three days huge blood clots come down and block both nostrils-not at the same time though. He has throughout complained of a dull stomach pain in the center of his stomach. It isn t always severe but at times particularly after medication or drinking something he feels more pain. He says his head hurts on the right side of his forehead. Blood test were taken and first result is low white blood cell count. I am awaiting the rest that should be ready by tomorrow. But I m scared NOW.
