Suggest Treatment For Fever

it is for my daughter she is 4 year old baby 2 month before she started fever aiong with cough.after the medication fever reduce..but the cough is there.1week before we make chest x-ray in that they mention accentuated bronchovascular marking.it means what?is it scerious condition?now she is under antibiotic.
