Hi,

As per your query your child have symptoms of fever, headache and vomiting which seems to be due to gastroenteritis or acute viral infection leading to electrolyte imbalance in body. I would suggest you to start treatment with combination of Fluoroquinolones and Ornidazole.

Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined and start treatment after prescription. You should avoid taking dairy products in excess. You can give banana on daily basis and light food. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
