Suggest Treatment For Fibroadenosis In Breast

i m 21 year old .i m having lump in my right breast .i have done mammogram and the report is hypo echoic lesion in the right breast (near nipple )measuring 20,17,14 mm -most likely fibroadenosis.no e/ocalcification/liquifaction seen.what treatment i can take?is surgery required?

Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having around 2 cm sized fibroadenosis like lesion

Rather than wait and watch it can be removed surgically as per my opinion

So just undergon operation and removed it and send it for histopathology examination

Consult surgeon for examination and further work up accordingly
