Suggest Treatment For Fibroid Appearing On The Wall Of The Uterus

hello doctor , i am sara age 27 weight 52 height 148 cm suffering from severe pain cramping pain for 3- 4 days intermittent. during the ovulation time i have consulted doctor but there is no right answer for it. The USG report showed a small fibroid on the anterior wall of the uterus and doctors told nothing to worry. and now i am taking meftal spas to relive pain during this time. i take 5 tables in a week every month. will it cause any side effects.
