Suggest Treatment For Fibroid Growing In The Uterus

I am a 35 yr old woman having two children. A large posterior myometrial fibroid measuring 6.5 x 5.4 cm have been identified in my uterus. If myomectomy treatment is done, is there a chance to develop a new fibroid? If yes how long will it take to grow into a size of similar dimension?
