Hello and welcome to HCM,
Management of fibroids depends on site, size and clinical features of fibroids.
When small fibroids may be asymptomatic and may not produce any symptom like pain or menstrual symptom.
The fibroids in the ovaries may cause problems with ovulation and hence
fertility.
Since, the fibroids are asymptomatic till date, there is nothing to worry.
However, what is important is their effect on ovulation.
If they do not affect ovulation, there is nothing to worry and can be left as they are.
Please follow up and observe and see if your ovulation is normal or not.
If you do not face any problems with conception there is nothing to worry.
Thanks and take care
