Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia And Hypothyroidism

My husband and I are 70 and would like to know which, vitamins/suppliments we should be taking for optimal health. He now has an enlarged prostate and has asthma. I have fibromyalgia, hyprthyroid, adrenal issues, I am overweight (currently on a sensible diet) and have had both hips plus one shoulder replaced since 2010. We believe in alternative options when possible, except for my husbands meds/inhaler for his asthma. We do not eat fast food and eat organic healthy food for the most part. What is the most important regarding our current issues and age? We are also on a limited budget. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE OR SELL MY PERSONAL INFO WITH ANYONE. THANKS

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Good day,
Noted your question. It is important to use calcium and vitamin D supplements for both of you . Atleast 600 mg elemental calcium along with 1000-2000 units Vitamin D per day. Along with this, you may also take a multivitamin like Centrum once a day. Regarding your personal info, please be assured that, Health care magic.com has not revealed any personal info even to me. Please do not worry about it,
