Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia And Rashes On The Elbows

I have Raynaulds and Fibromyalgia. I also have tiny red spots on both hands and a rash that comes and goes on the inside of my elbows. My blood results came back ANA positive, AB titer 1:1280 Nucleolar and also RA positive. Do I have Lupus or Scleroderma?

you are having watery diarrhea every 20 min ,thats definitely a reason to go to ER,you are draining out of fluid,even you are drinking water,its not going to help as long as the diarrhea is controlled.for that I guess ER is ofcourse the best option.
