General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As the symptoms are multi factorial , the management approach must be curtailed according to the underlying cause.

Primary working tips for better assistance:
- Correction of underlying hormone imbalance with endocrinologist
- Prefer Acetaminofen or Paracetamol for pain relief
- Foot elevation when resting
- Avoid tight shoes

Hope I have answered your query.
