Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia, Sleep Apnea And Sound In Head

I am a 63 year old female; been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, hypersomnolence, sleep apnea, insomnia, lower back pain, other aches and pains common to getting older. About 6-7 years ago, I had a TIA, a couple weeks later I had to siezures. I saw a neurologist for a while and then I seemed to be okay. When my fibromyalgia is at its worst and when I don t sleep well, I get sounds in my head. Like the clashing of the little cymbals , chirping like crickets, and I get a little light headed. The back of my neck gets really sore. It has been constant now, though, for about two weeks and does not seem to be going away. I saw my rheumatologist today, who said my PCP needed to get me a neuro consult, but my PCP is now gone. I would not want to go to ER and have it be nothing. Thanks for your help.
