Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

hi I'm a Male age 58, 88kg 1mteter 65. I have sjogren syndromes, fibromyalgia IBS , gastro rflux. Had a spleenectomy 1982 for an enlarge spleen. I had a lacunar stroke and also have a prolapse disc at L5/S1 9had an injection on the disc withought success.I also have osteoarthritis in both hips and they give me a lot of pain .Osteoarthritis in my Tempomandibolarthat give me lots pof pain to the ear and head like micraine.Ive been seen by rheumatologist that refer me back to an orthoapaedic in regard of my hips but is alredy since november that Im waiting for an appointment I have pain in muscle shoulder sleeping problems and Im alsoseing a pSychiatrist formy depression.I alsohave days with BrainFog. and sensitivity to bright light and noise.Im on 300m,g of pregabalin 400mg of celocoxib 4mg perindopril 40mg simvastatin aspirin 75mg fluoxetine 10 mg lonsoprazole 30mg mebeverine 75 mg 3 times day.amoxicillin 250mg hilo forte eye drop eye oyntment and naseptin..I do not know what to do anymore and Im disable as well and sometime i cant walk at all and loose my balance.I have a wheel chairs I can use when I feel this way.What can You do or advise me please.what are my ilness.Thank you
