Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

I'm a27 year old female.a history of a pre adinomitus? Polyp in. my colon..i suffer now with severe joint pain and my dr. is thinking fi romyalgia. Currently I have had diareah over a month and starred seeing blood on tissue. My urine is often cloudy, about once a day.my nails have started growing downward and show ridges. Ihave an average heart rate over 90. and a visit to urgent care a murmur was heard.I'm getting scared and frustrated not knowing what is wrong with me.i have 3 kids and my energy is exhausted.any advice or ideas? Please let me know..i also had raynauds blue and red people and yellow in the forefoot.
