Suggest Treatment For Fibrotic Ptb In Left Upper Lobe

Hello Doc, My son was found out to have a FIBROTIC PTB, LEFT UPPER LOBE. He was applying for a job as a programmer, in one of the hospital here in our country, Philippines, Doc, what do you think will be the best treatment to be done or the best medicine to be taken, so that he will be able to be accepted in the company.

fibrosis once it's sirs in can't be reversed.. it's a scar tissue that remains secondary to an insult to the lung in this instance being tb... there are no medications to reverse that. Sorry. .
