Suggest Treatment For Finger Drop Other Than Surgery

hello sir, i am karthik. i have a problem of left hand drop of fingers and getting back hand is in full good condition but only fingers are not getting back.doctors had said only surgery no another soultion.i am taking nerve simulation treatment from one month.suggest me any soultion with out surgery.plz .............
