Suggest Treatment For First Degree Burns From Hot Water

I ran out of silvadene cream. I will be picking up some more tomorrow when kaiser is open. I have first degree burn from hot water. I have been seen at the ER and have had my follow up my doctor. I just want to sleep comfortable tonight but don t know what to put on beside silvadene. Thank you!

Apply nadifloxacin cream twice a day. Take oral antobiotic like cefpodoxime twice a day and oral painkiller depending upon the level of your pain
