Suggest Treatment For Fissure And Small Fistula

hi m 27 yr old lady n got problm with fissure n a small fistula. i got operated for it a week ago in an ayurveda hospital through a process called threading.doc said i had multiple fissure n a tiny fistula.they have operated me for d fissure bt d fistula is so small they cant do nthin abt it.right now m taking tabs taxim-o 200 twice a day n using an ointment Sucral.bt since last two days m feeling d same burning in my anus when sitting for too long.plz suggest me wat can i do abt it.does tobacco chewing has anything to do with this?
