Suggest Treatment For Fistula

i have fistula for past one year i have been taking homeopathic medicine which keep it in control sometimes it feels like it vl heal then sometimes the boil produces pus n blood....it appears like normal boil its not like opening an all as i have seen in images on google....can it be cured without surgery

Based on the given history you seem to be suffering from fistula in ano (anal canal). It needs to removed surgically (fistulotomy) as it rarely heals if left untreated. I would advise you to consult a surgeon for proper clinical examination and some tests such as fistulogram or an ultrasound to determine its actual tract and openings.
