Suggest Treatment For Flaky And Itchy Nipples

For the past few months I have had flakey, itchy nippes that sitng. After a while a rash began to form right where the flky nippple ended. However, latley the rash and flakiness have gotten better, but the nippe still stings and itches constantly. Along with this I have developed an extreme tiredness making it difficult to get out of bed as well as a heavy chest making it difficult to breath. i went to my school's nurse practioner and all she told me was to use some cream to get rid of the rash. Should I seek another opinion? and in the mean time what can i do to get rid of the breathing and exaustion?
