You have flaky, black rash in your underarms. It is itchy and you feel discomfort because of it. To avoid irritating your underarms, lubricate the skin with a gentle soap or shaving cream before shaving. Apply an unscented moisturizing cream afterward. Obesity causes black underarms, maintain healthy weight to fix the problem. Other factors causing such symptoms are diabetes, keep your blood glucose level under control at all cost.
To lighten the dark underarms you can apply Retinoid cream on the area affected. Vitamin D based creams also help to lighten the pigmentation. Do not touch or scratch. Take care of your hygiene, avoid direct exposure under sunlight. Avoid addictions if any. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist, you may need chemical peel and dermabrasion.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
