Suggest Treatment For Flank Pain And Difficulty In Getting Up Out Of A Chair
I have constant pain from about my kidney area to half way down my thigh, all in the back side. I feel it in any position, but mostly getting up and down from chairs and turning in bed. I am limping because of it. Do you think this could be sciatica?

Here your problem could be from kidney affection or scitica like condition....
Your physical examination and USG abdomen with urine examination done for rule out any organic cause if present....
If kidney infection present than suitable antibiotic course can be given...
For scitica cause might be disc problem like bulging disc for which if needed MRI can be done....
According to cause specific treatment can be given....
Advise : Physician consultation for examination and further work up.....
