Suggest Treatment For Flank Pain Caused Due To UTI

I just finished 5 days of antibiotics for a UTI. I still have some flank pain (back right side) and a bit of blood in my urine. The pain is pretty much gone though. Initially it was so bad during urination I was nearly in tears and shaking. I just noticed I passed some kind of a mucusy substance in my urine and am concerned. No fever. No chills. No nausea.
