General & Family Physician 's  Response
Frequent pain in left back side, acute in onset sharp in intenesity , from the presentation it seems you may be suffering from kidney stone. You get your urinr tested, urine routine and urine culture sensitivity and ultrasound scan done It will make things clear. To relieve pain if i have to treat such a patient i will advice inj piroxicam im tab peracetamol , tab drotamine, tab trmadol all three timed a day, plenty of fluids, rest after confirmation.
