Suggest Treatment For Flat Papules

I first presented with flesh colored ,flat,slightly raised edged papules that range in size from small to larger in dimension.I am a very light-skinned woman of color.They first began in July of 2009,on the areas adjacent to my nose.I have noticed that they have over time spread to my hands,and other areas of my body.They do not itch,nor are they red in appearance.What are these skin eruptions,and how do I get rid of them? I am in in upper 50s,and am for the most part in rrelatively good health.
