Suggest Treatment For Flatulence And Stomach Pain

My bowel system is usually healthy but unsure why it s not.. Last night, I woke up with my tummy hurting and I don t know why.. I tried to release it but I just can t.. After trying it, it made a large noise in my stomach/intestine area... Is this gastric?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Faltulence with stomach pain is mainly due to gastritis.
Take Tab.Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day for 5 days on empty stomach.
Consume Syp.Mucaine Gel Syrup (Antacid and Anti-flatulent) 3 teaspoons 3 times a day for 5 days.
Your symptoms should come down in 3 to 5 days.
