Suggest Treatment For Fleshy Growths Near Underarms

I am 28 years old, 5.4 height and weigh 73kg. I have fleshy growths near my underarms for many years, they are not painful and any form of exercise hasn't helped in toning it down. I can't wear any sleevless clothes and they look pretty ugly. My mother, 60 years old had them too but with age they seem to have disappeared. What is the treatment for this? Kindly suggest.
