I am otherwise excellent health, on no medications. 40 year old male.
I have developed a number of food allergies, wheat, dairy, citrus, and allergic to pollen, most plants etc.
I have had tinnitus for years, and I have noticed more so recently a condition called visual snow, I have been to an optometrist, my eyes seem fine other wise except for a lot of floaters. The snow is across my entire field of vision, and more prominent at night.
Unfortunately there seems no clear cut path to a solution. I am also very allergic to medication, getting muscle twitches, neuropathy etc, when taking such drugs as Prevacid in the past.
I haven't taken any meds in over 10 years. I'm not even sure where to start have no migraines headaches etc. Just the snow.
Thx for any direction.
