Suggest Treatment For Flu, Fever Blister, Ear Pain And Red Eye

I have a 12 year old who has is just getting over the flu. He had high fever and headache. 3 days after the fever started, he got a big fever blister on his lip. Just a few days after that, he developed ear pain in is left ear off and on. Now, his left eye is red, and he is dizzy. When he is looking at you, his right eyeball is in the middle of the socket where it should be, and his left eyeball is all the way to the inner part of his socket. Very strange, and I am very worried. Should I take him to emergency clinic?

HI
Well come to HCM
The given symptoms are suggestive of viral infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen three times in day if the symptoms persist then this needs to be investigated, take care.
