Suggest Treatment For Flu Infection In An Infant

my 9 month old son has had the flu for 7 days (seen 2 separate dr s who say it is a stomach virus) he is drinking fluids but has diarrhea and has not peed in 24+ hours, I am concerned he is not getting better and I am concerned that he has not had a pee in so long.
