Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating BP Levels,headache And Dizziness
headaches, dizziness, fatigue, strring into space, fluxitation in blood pressure, crying for no reason had stroke in 2012 made full recovery. on no medication except 81 mg aspirin 400 mg B2 400mg Magnesium. Will be fine and then these symptoms occur for no reason. At times when these symptoms occur desire to be quiet and withdrawn.
i understand your concern.These symptoms can be secondary to the episodes of stroke in your case.The fluctuating blood pressure needs to be promptly treated by antihypertensives like beta blockers like carvedilol helps.Reduce the intake of salt to less than 6 mg /day.Maintain your blood pressure below 130 /80 mm of hg.Regular monitoring of your blood pressure is necessary.I recommend you to have an MRI scan of your brain to detect any new infarcts if any.Continue Aspirin as it helps to prevent new blocks in the brain.Consult your Neurologist at the earliest with above investigations along with total serum electrolytes.Post your further queries,if any.
